Chautauqua Adult Day Services
For older adults who benefit from structured daytime programming — and for the family caregivers who support them — Chautauqua Adult Day Services provides a meaningful, comprehensive day program at three locations across the county: the Taft Center and Present Center in Jamestown, and a center in Dunkirk. Their Present Center offers specialized programming for seniors living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

Community Connections at Findley Lake helps make that possible by connecting residents with services, transportation, wellness resources, Medicare counseling, volunteer assistance, and programs that help individuals continue living safely and confidently in their own homes.

Serving the western end of the county for more than 55 years, Dunkirk-Fredonia Meals on Wheels has built something that goes beyond food delivery. Every visit is also a wellness check — a moment of connection that helps older adults maintain their independence and ensures their neighbors know they are safe and not alone.
