Michael Krepps joined United Way of Chautauqua County as Director of Finance & Administration in April of 2026. In this role, he oversees the organization’s financial operations and administrative functions, helping ensure strong stewardship of resources and effective support for United Way’s mission across Chautauqua County.
Michael works closely with staff and the Board of Directors to manage financial systems, support organizational planning, and maintain the operational foundation that enables United Way’s impact throughout the community.
He brings more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit and higher education settings, with a background spanning administration, fundraising, data management, advancement services, and prospect management. Most recently, he served with the University of Arizona Foundation, where he specialized in advancement services and prospect management. His career also includes leadership roles with nonprofit organizations focused on community engagement, volunteer management, and resource development.
Michael holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration and is passionate about using strong systems, data, and collaboration to strengthen organizations and the communities they serve.
Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Michael began his professional career in Chicago, where he met his wife, a Chautauqua County native. They now reside in Bemus Point with their daughter.
