Leslie Wille serves as United Way of Chautauqua County’s Director of Growth & Engagement, where she builds relationships with donors, businesses, volunteers, and community partners and helps connect people to the impact of United Way’s work across Chautauqua County.
Leslie joined United Way after five years as Community Engagement Coordinator for the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation, where she cultivated community partnerships and supported charitable initiatives. She also brings more than 15 years of leadership experience with a volunteer-driven charitable organization focused on philanthropy and community service.
A longtime United Way volunteer, Leslie previously served on the organization’s Allocations Committee, helping evaluate community investments and determine how donor dollars could have the greatest impact in the community.
A lifelong Chautauqua County resident, Leslie lives in Fredonia with her three sons. Outside of work, she enjoys performing with two local bands and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
