Joe Kwiatkowski is the Director of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program for United Way of Chautauqua County. A certified lay speaker in the United Methodist District, Joe is also an experienced contra, square, and barn dance caller. He holds a BS from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MS in mathematics from Syracuse University.
